Roadside Help in Sevier County: Pickup Details That Matter

Updated: Sep 6
A hotel name or cabin address is a useful start, but the right entrance and vehicle location matter when requesting roadside help in Sevier County. ACT and Hanover share dispatch at 866-597-5872. Call with your exact pickup point so coverage and truck availability can be confirmed.
At a hotel, attraction or shopping area
Give the street address, business name and parking area. Identify a nearby entrance, building number or visible landmark. Tell dispatch if the vehicle is in a parking structure, behind a locked gate or in a space with little room around it. Keep a callback number available in case the driver needs help finding the correct entrance.
At a cabin or on a narrow driveway
Describe the driveway surface, slope, curves and any low overhead clearance. Tell dispatch if a trailer is attached or the vehicle is away from a firm roadway. A map pin can help locate the property, but it does not explain whether recovery equipment can reach the vehicle. Do not attempt a risky inspection to gather details.
Along a road or interstate
Give the road name and direction of travel. On an interstate, include the nearest exit or mile marker you can identify safely. Around Kodak, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, state the town as well as the road name. For a crash, injury or immediate danger, contact 911 and follow responder instructions.
Plan the service and destination
Explain whether you need a tow, flat-tire help, a jump start, lockout assistance or fuel delivery. Mention the spare tire, wheel-lock key, fuel type or vehicle access as applicable. If towing is needed, confirm the destination address and whether it can receive the vehicle.
Ask for availability, expected timing and an estimate before authorizing work. Nighttime truck availability is limited and after-hours pricing is substantially higher. See our roadside service information and dispatch FAQs for additional questions to have ready.
